How do you hang things (Lanterns) on the wall?

I tryed alot of things but the only thing that helps is a pencill in the wall to hang an lantern, but maybe there is another way?

Press V , basically lets you place anything anywhere.

you still need a hook for lanterns. they can cling to the ceiling without a hook, but not walls. pencil is a clever idea, ive been hanging them from spikes.

yeah i know how to use the building mode. but to hang lanterns is hard. spikes are too big and a pencil works fine for now. but yeah we need a hook or something

Try to use "pole", free place it to the wall and then hang the lantern on it..

if i use a pole you will see it on the other side of the wall..but thnx all for thinking and hopefully some hook will get released.

lol try the othe way, with only the stick instead of the head! put the head in the wall..
