How do I set up a server for my friend to join?

We keep hosting servers but we can't join eachother. Please Help!

Create a new game and give your yland a easy to find name for your friend, or just open one of your old ones (again, remember the name of the world). Press Escape once the game is loaded and then click Multiplayer. Set the number of players you want to be able to join, set a password phrase and then click "yes" that the game is joinable and visible (VERY IMPORTANT) and then lastly click on puplish which will update the server list for your friend when he clicks multiplayer in his main menue and join. He can search for the name you gave your yland and puts the pw and that should be it.

Btw: you might need to open a port too if its still not working (27015 UDP should be all you need).
