Achievement Help
Anyone got any idea on what the best circuits/strategies to get the Blaggenthorg's Skull or the Upborne Medal are.

For the life of me I can't seem to get enough towers firing simultaneously to have 500 bullets on screen at the same time. I'm going mad since those are the only two I need to finish.

I may make the requirements for these two easier in a future patch, so perhaps wait a few days and then try them again. But the Blaggenthorg Medal was mentioned by someone in another thread as being obtained by someone in the "What is Noble?" stage.

Just click the medal up the top right to get the Love Campaign and it'll bring you to the extra circuits you need to complete.

Ah it's grand, it wouldn't be the same if I got them after they were made easier :) there should be some harder to get achievements and from the stats they are obtainable so I'll just keep grinding away at it.

To follow up I played on the "What is Noble?" stage again and managed to earn both medals. No idea how I missed them on my first run through since they were rather simple this time. (Might potentially have something to do with the buffs from all the other medals I've earned before retrying this)
However the Blaggenthorg medal seems to have registered in game but not on Steam, is there a way of correcting this without starting a new save file and attempting to do it again?

Edit: Started a new file and managed to get the Blaggenthorg medal again on "The Seals Smash" and still no Steam achievement, so potentially a bug?

Yes, what i mean is i can't manage to kill the coarse on love 3.

I'll look into it not registering on Steam, thanks. That might explain why the % of them is so low on Steam, if people are getting it but it's not being registered here.

Yes, what i mean is i can't manage to kill the coarse on love 3.

I've tried both wedging the turning point between love points in the middle, and letting the turning point loose and distracting the coarse with love points right next to the path, and haven't dealt more than about 10-15% of its health. I'm actually having trouble with all of the point-specific campaigns I've tried except fear and courage (eg my pride and strategist points don't seem to have high enough firing speed on those levels to kill the number/strength of enemies that spawn no matter how well I help them)- even retrying them at lowest difficulty! Maybe you need extra cache from the first level or two of the campaign so you can upgrade things further. I will try again after getting more of the main-campaign medals since I'm still fairly early in yet.

They are intentionally much harder than the normal levels (since it's supposed to be an achievement when you finish them, after all). Sometimes you may need a *different* achievement to help you with an achievement campaign, a level that's difficult now may be easier after you gather up some more achievements, so you can skip it for now and come back to it later.

That said I will try out that level and see if I have difficulties with it and let you know if I think it's too hard, I don't mind changing the balance here and there if some of those achievement campaigns are virtually impossible for most players (my playtesters mostly managed to get through them all before release though, during beta). One note though: the difficulty level does *not* affect the achievement campaigns, only the normal levels. The achievement campaigns are at a set difficulty.
There's still the issue of being able to take more than the starting cache in, if I remember how I did it;

1) Complete level in campaign, finish with eg. 200k cache
2) Start achievement campaign with correct cache (say, 6k?)
3) Retry level, suddenly cache is 200k.

Yeah, that's a known bug; will try to fix it soon.

I just managed to get 8 limited points on the screen and placed a ways away from the path so their bullets don't hit the enemy too fast. I even tried using my charge shots to distract them from the enemies temporarily. I'm not sure how many bullets that actually was, but still no 100 limited point shot medal.

Ah, sorry, the Limited Point achievement was actually changed a while back during the game's production, and I must have forgotten to change the description. It now requires simply beating the "Limited Point" campaign, which becomes available after you've gotten far enough in the story, similar to the other medals of the other Point types. I'll change that description (do you remember where you read it? Was it on the Steam achievement list, or what?)

Yeah, it's in the steam achievement description. That makes sense now that I think about it - I was wondering why they were the only ones lacking a campaign. Thank you again for all your hard work.
