Left handed and Invert mouse player , and AZERTY keyboard... impossible to play with defaults Binding, and can't bind My preferd keys that are OLIP, it don't work. I'm curious and i will pay for those sort of games, but i want to be able to change controls ;)
Yes, this would be really great. I actually just read another post about mouse inversion in Unity on the Wolfire forums for Receiver, and apparently adding mouse inversion to a Unity game is pretty non-trivial.
I'm actually kinda surprised there isn't some little tool out there that inverts the mouse at the OS level, that you can just run right before launching the game.
Either way, excellent work so far; will be checking back later to see if this gets added (going to hold off on playing any further for the reasons described below).
Indeed. Actually, it's kinda funny: it's because I like the game quite a bit so far that I'm bringing it up. If it looked like a dumb game I'd either roll my eyes and deal with it or stop playing, but this game seems neat enough that I want to be able to give it my full attention/immersion.
Maybe you're looking for something specific that's not covered in the configuration, but just FYI you can remap all the main keys in the Unity launch tool (I use rdfg instead of wasd, and I was able to get that remapped).
But yeah, I agree that the (lack of) mouse inversion is a real bummer. I said in my previous post I was suprised there doesn't seem to be a little freeware utility to invert the mouse in the OS, but I gotta say more than that I'm surprised Unity itself doesn't consider that an important enough feature to include in their base engine. *shrug*
And then, some people in this thread (maybe not you, but the people who act like they paid $60 retail AAA and got ripped off) aren't nearly kind enough, considering this is a game that an indie developer poured probably hundreds of hours of unpaid time and energy into and then released for free.
