How do I pause, save and access the options?

Normally Esc does this, but in this game Esc just shuts the game down. Help?

I never encountered a main menu. It just jumped straight into the game.

You can't pause the game... it's lacking feature I know.

You can pause the game by pressing F10. However, if you lose focus of the games window (i.e. switch to another window) it unpauses. F2 sends you to the title screen. Alt+Enter gets you to Windowed Mode. I don't believe there's any options you can explicitly change.

Oh. I'd like to be able to change the screen ratio, cause it keeps scrambling my desktop icons. Maybe they'll add that in the future
