Quests for some money and lots of xp, and dungeons for some xp and lots of money.
You can make money on skills when you have a high enough level and a player needs to craft his helm for set but doesn't have the required level. They trade you the stuff and then people usually "Tip" the player for kindness(your gold income would be low but it all helps).
