UI Sizing

Due to there being no UI slider for scaling my friends and I who are all old or can't see well run the game in 1280x720. This could help people struggling with that, however I do wish we could get a fix or update to add in a UI slider. I (along with every other guild) would also like the guild storage to be put in.

if you have an nvidia card that is not quite old, try integer scaling in the nvidia control panel.
1280x760 will be scaled twice to native 2560x1440.

The best option, of course, is to have a 4K monitor, at least 32 inches.
