Rubies of Eventide reboot/clone?

I just discovered this a little while ago and the more I look at it I'm reminded heavily of an old game called Rubies of Eventide... but with newer graphics. Everything from the classless charater system down to the game's logo. I take it the devs were old players?

No, it's much more like runescape. I also played Rubies of Eventide and this doesn't really remind me of it.
