File system Failure unknown file with readfile problem

whenever i start the game right after i click start game this error pops up and then the game closes please help this never happend before

as well as yes always run the game with ADMIN rights when you do any file verify or play the game
and make sure you also have a supported OS installed

the game supports WINDOWS 7 , 8, 8.1 and 10 ..........64 bit only
