grapple doesnt work

ok so im playing the campaign a second time and this has never happened to me after the dont look down mission i lost the ability to grapple hook like it literally just doesnt let me theres not even an indicator any help

you mean the yuma prison level ?

you do not have a grapple .. you have to make one to get down the mountain

to get your original grapple hook back at the bottom when your escape the prison you have to get your gear back in the base of the bell tower in the prison yard

also make sure you do not have any extra game controller plugged in

oh hi sorry for the super late response but i managed to fix it by restarting my pc
