Uplay cant starting - Discard Virtual Memory

The ubisoft app cannot be launched because it writes KERNEL32.DLL error Discard Virtual Memory. I can't describe it any other way because it just throws up so many errors.
This is the full error message: = The procedure entry point, DiscardVirtualMemory, could not be found in the DLL. (KERNEL32.dll)

Ubisoft does not care about Win7 any more. I have had an issue with them for 3 months, it has been escalated (took me many, many rounds in the crazy circus they call support for that to happen) and I have heard nothing. Wanted to check if a new version fixed it and BOOM now I got this problem and cannot even launch their stupid app.

But I got a fix.

Google for where you can download old version of Ubiconnect.

Get Version 133.0.10702.

Copy the version.txt file you have installed right now. It is in the launcher folder.

Uninstall UbiConnect.

Install the older version.

Delete version.txt and drop in the backed up version.

Now UbiConnect thinks you are running the newest version, but you are actually running an old version that works with Win7x64.
