How to activate God Mode in Far Cry 4?

I know it's pretty late to be playing Far Cry 4 but help me out guys. I am not able to activate God Mode.I tried changing the GamerProfile file. No luck. Even tried the Set Launch Options in Steam. Used -devmode and -GameProfile_UnlimitedAmmo 1. No luck. I would really appreciate any help

This is a problem. Also in easy mode the game is far too difficult especially on mission 8/32. I will not play this game anymore. People are asking for invincibility because the difficulty is very bad calibrated. Think about it.

Well, you're all wrong! Ubisoft, in my opinion, has turned to crap and this is just another sign of it. If it's not a current release they can't be bothered to help (and their help from what I've heard from a few friends is lame at best).

There is a way to enable god mode, and unlimited ammo for that matter, in FarCry 4.

There is a file called "GamerProfile.xml" that is located in the directory:
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\GUIDNUMBER\"

YOURUSERNAME = the username that you log into windows with.
GUIDNUMBER = big crazy random number

Once you have the GamerProfile.xml file open look for the following line:

<GameProfile />

replace it with this:

<GameProfile godmode="1"/>

if you also want unlimited ammo use this:

<GameProfile godmode="1" unlimitedammo="1"/>

I hope this helps you enjoy the game that you paid your hard earned money for.

How does the unli ammo work? Would I still have ammo even after fully draining the reserves in my inv?
