you need to

1 install the updated version of UBI CONNECT you can get it here
https://ubisoftconnect.com

and make or login to your UBI account write down any e mail & password you use when making any ONLINE ACCOUNT ..your game is tied to it for life .. steam works the same way

2 restart STEAM and verify your game install

then
LAUNCH YOUR GAME from steam

and it should auto activate .. see this old post on the far cry 4 forums ..its from 2016 for gods sake back when steam changed the way they handle UBI games

your season pass key may yes need to be entered in the UBI client under activate product .. but your base game should not require a cd key

and yes above all make sure your PC meets the far cry 4 system requirements

Dual Core cpu's are not supported ..yes you need a quad core cpu
