No Sound
The intro scene plays fine with sound and all, but once I get to the house there is no sound. Checked settings. No change. I had uninstall this before and have just reinstalled it.

what are you running for your speakers / headphones ?

what are you running for a sound device in windows ?

what are you settings in WINDOWS for your sound device ?

FAR CRY 4 DOES NOT support 7.1 surround sound

only up to 5.1 audio was supported ..use stereo setting for best results

you may need to set your speakers/ head phones to stereo as well as CHECK your sound properties in windows as well as any head set you use .. and make sure in WINDOWS you have to proper sound device selected and configured

start with your bit rate settings as well under advanced


drop em to 16 bit of you have to ..tho yes 24 bit should work

also what sound chip are you using ? have you installed a proper driver for it >? or did you BONED and get a bad sound driver from A windows update? .. install the latest sound driver from your manufactures web page
