double Noore mission, game broken

I let Noore live/suicide, played some other games for a bit, came back, met Yuma, broke out of the Eyrie and took the next golden path mission.
which was to kill/confront Noore...
when i finished that, it unlocked 2 new missions, the stoners and Amita, neither of which are interactable. as in, Amita is nowhere to be seen, the front door of the stoners tent isnt interactable.

which means i cant progress.
help

the amita mission is literally ONE FLOOR above you when you go to your home base in shannath .. you have to go up one flight of stairs .. look for a door right above your room there with two golden path guards at the door .. press e to interact with the door and see AMITA

the mission AMITA gives you will be a KEY TO THE NORTH

if you get stuck go look up a walkthru of the game .. like on here

dunno what up with your yogi and reg mission .. verify your game files and try again

works fine here on all my PC's and has for over 5 years

I figured, repeating the same mission twice prolly indicated that something was terribly wrong
