it can be used on the escort missions too if timed right, enemys aren't around at certain sections of the road so its a good time to repair with that, the driver will stop when you jump out
^^ yea works like shooting a gun, hold the button down up against the vehicle
Lol more like I can fix my vehicle by cutting it with a oxy/acetylene torch.....not even a welder or even a propane torch where you can solder etc .
Not to mention the fact that the required tanks tend to be large and heavy...but than again the vehicles seem to run on magic, because I've never seen a gas station, and I can magically repair missing tires and window glass with my torch too XD
thats cuz in those missions your vehicle runs not on gas ...but Karma ..and XP points ..
