Far Cry missing .dll files ? help me please

I recently built a new pc. Once we installed windows 8.1, I downloaded Far Cry 4 on steam. When i click on the play button nothing happens... But when I go the file of Far Cry 4.exe and try to run it , it gives me a message saying that there are .dll files missing. I reinstalled it several times and it still couldnt run. I also looked up a few guides for these problems but they didnt seem to work or they didnt look safe enough. Can anybody help me with this please?

What happens when you launch it from Uplay? Same thing?

in steam look up top see where it says help

open that clik system information ..... right clik ...... select copy and paste that into your reply

Hello sorry for the late response:
Launch via Uplay doesn't help. I press Play Far Cry4, it will then launch the game via my steam account and start installation of directx for windows... and then it just stops without a warning.

Hi we already checked the version of the video card (GPU) this is an AMD Radeon R9 290 Royal Ace.
It says that the latest version installed, being AMD Radeon R9 200 series, with version 14.501.1003.0.

When I check the system conifiguration that I send in my previous response I don't see this videocard in the list. Could that be the issue. Can you help me identify it?

Update of DirectX gives as response "systemfault and check logging Directx log and error log. There is no errorlog available and the Directxlog under the Windows folder only gives messages that it "have been installed already".

Other games do work properly (e.g. Legue of Legends)

Is it possible that this game just doesn't work?

Hi I just checked the system information again and noticed that steam identified the INtel 4460 as videocard, instead of the Radeon R9 290. The directx identifies the Radeon card.
So there is at least a mismatch, which could cause the trouble.
Can you help me how to have steam identified the correct video card and also upgrade directx?
