Butcher's Machete questions.

I pre-ordered the "Gold" edition, which I thought was supposed to give me access to the "Butcher's Machete," but even though I completed the "Mouth of Madness" mission, which is supposed to unlock it, I still don't see it anywhere. How do you equip it once it's unlocked? Is it supposed to be in a trading post somewhere? If so, where does it show up? The only weapons I see are guns. Once you have it, can you switch back and forth with the regular one?

On a related not, does the new machete simply look different, or does it actually behave any differenty than the regular one? I hardly see my own machete other than a few very brief glimpses when I'm swinging it or doing a takedown.

Also, according to the Steam info I can still see online, the pre-ordered game should have included "five" additional weapons. What are the five? I got the Driller, the Sandman, and the Elephant gun. With the Butcher's Machete this would be 4 weapons, so what's the fifth?

As for machete you can only see it in the Arena fights - you have it instead of kukri.
I think, the initial intention of the developers was to make a different categoty of melee weapons in the shop (like in FC3), so you could really choose between them and equip them, but at the end they didn't include this feature...
