Dual Screens and Far Cry 4?
I play the game on one screen. I have to screens. Run game in borderless can't tab out. Run game in fullscreen can't tab out. Start task manager can't tab out. Anyone else have this problem it's kinda anyoing for multi-tasking while playing.

Try using the left Windows Logo key+ D, which is the shortcut for show desktop.
I also have a dual monitor setup and that's what I do.

EDIT:
More specifically, after pausing the game, hit alt+tab, and then the Win logo key+D
