Interface Language, how to change?

It says that this game has 16 different interface languages, but where do I click to change between them??

My game is all English and that's fine with me, but we have English as out second language here and my 11 y.o. son has just started to learn English and hence he'd like to use the Danish interface, just like they do at school when playing the game on PS4 (ive seen it there and the whole interface is in Danish indeed).

Ive searched thru all the game menus and i don't see anywhere that i can change anything but the subtitles...pretty disappointing when it states here on Steam, that there're 16 different interface languages available; Especially when u bare in mind, that this is a 60 EUR title.

If you mean the interface language:
Go to "settings"->"general", you'll see the audio (spoken) language and subtitles language selection (chosen language directly displayed), but to choose the interface language you have to click *on* "Game language" right above!! I too didn't see it at first, thinking it was the title of the setting category!
