Might want to ask him.
If unable to find a direct line of knowledge as you are requesting, feel free to ask away here or contact me via steam and I will respond within 24 hours (as a backup plan). Glad you could pickup gaming again as I find it is a great stress reliever.
Unfortunately, the schedule is tight here with the war department wife bossing me around doing home repairs, so I can't dedicate much time to effin around on the computer.
Pagan Min starts talking about my mother and says follow me to scatter ashes this is a repeat from where I was before!
We get to a tent and he says: After you…
I grab some stuff off the tables like the urn and get a message “I love you and will always be with you”
then get the book to the left no the table
Open big wood door
Pagan Min again “Oh good you feel better now finally we can shoot some guns.”
I skip next video with Esc
end up in the campaign screen
I click on Continue online end up on Kyrat and Pagan Min is sitting talking about my mother and says follow me to scatter ashes this is a repeat from where I was before!
So I am in some kind of loop that is making me nuts.
It is possible to skip the intro to Far Cry 4 in steam by performing the following actions:
Find the game in your library, right click on it, and hit Properties. In the box that pops up is an option for “SET LAUNCH OPTIONS”. Click that, and in the field that appears, put in “-skipintro” (without quotes, and no space). Now, when you launch the game either from Steam, or from the not-actually-a-proper-shortcut it put on your desktop, the game will jump straight to its options screen. If "-skipintro" doesn't work, try “-skip intro 1".
Screen Brightness:
There are several ways to adjust brightness. First is on your display settings in Windows and second is in-game (either by adjusting the brightness and/or the contrast). I would try adjusting the settings in game first as I have never had to adjust anything outside of game yet. If that doesn't work, I would need more information to help you walk through how to properly adjust the display brightness through your operating system (windows 7?).
In Game Saves:
Game saves occur two ways as well: 1) it is performed automatically after a critical checkpoint/objective is achieved (pre-determined by the game) or 2) manually through the menu screen. If unable to locate the manual setting on the menu screen, feel free to ask and I can provide specific directions. Note: you won't be able to save the game until the intro cut scenes are completed or skipped.
Also, the location name is a bug for some of us. You have to restart the game after discovering a place. But doing so in the middle of a major mission may require redoing that entire mission. It really sucks, but I played many missions with those letters blocking my view because I did not want to risk losing my progress.
