At least in 2 you were a mercenary so it was more believable and plausible, and the fact that you were trying to survive. Not just thrown into the country voluntarily and magically become rambo.
On a side note. When people use the term "unrealistic" or make a comparison to realism, pay attention to the context. There is nothing indicating that I am desiring an immersive and realistic experience. I'm merely using real world examples to create a comparison. I'm not saying I want the game to be like the real world. I did in fact state that the mechanic (along with that malaria pill popping) makes the game tedious and annoying. Notice that there is never a direct statement about my desire for realism. Hopefully you can take this short lesson with you to other parts of discussion boards and maybe not make the same judgemental mistakes you have here. You're welcome.
well, ARMA is pretty serious business if you ask me.
if it done right i think it would increase more immerse to the game. like in real-life M4A1 can't shoot on water or snow because it would jammed and easy to get broke but AK74 can handle any situlation and rarely jammed.
it's my opinion anyway, beside, in real life you can't be rambo :p
This, totally. What kind of K-Mart assault rifle starts wearing out after 50 shots? lol
Wait, so basically you're butthurt, right? I mean, you didn't directly type that, but that's the overall picture I'm getting from the words above. Don't want to make assumptions, and a simple yes/no will suffice.
