How to access the personal storage chest?

I tried doing a search on this term and got 15,000 entries starting with "how".
Never use the search field for anything. It is a huge waste of time.
Also the Wiki for the game is poorly organized and another waste of time.

I now have 3 weapons and a bow and one purchased holster. The sales lady said a gun I just purchased was placed in my storage chest. Okay fine, how do I access/switch the other guns I have?
My current weapon is the bow. Where is the chest, in my bedroom?

The (NOT)gun wheel has no sign or hints of how/where to access the other guns.
Numbers 1-4 do not select the other guns. Very frustrating progress. It's a RPG???

I've had some good gameplay but it's like 5 steps forward and 10 back. The Steam guides are another frustration.

Need my real guns before I go out on the Propoganda Machine mission.
