I didn't drive the snowmobile either but still have 18/18 vehicles. In other words, the snowmobile doesn't count. The last and most difficult vehicle for me to find was the outboard motor powered wooden skiff.

As a general comment, it's looking to me like the designers have made the effort to ensure that you can get all completion items after finishing the main missions. Far Cry 3 owners may recall that game initially had one completion relic in a cave that became inaccessible after the main campaign was finished and prevented a subsquent attempt at 100% completion. Ubi took a lot of flack for this and issued a patch that gave you credit for that one item so you could still go after 100% once the main campaign was over.

I believe Ubi has learned from this lesson and has designed Far Cry 4 so that all unachieved completion items are still available after the main campaign. For example, you can still blast open the doors at the back of Min's fortress to reach his palace and collect one of Ghale's Journals if you missed it during the last mission. I made the mistake of only destroying and not hijacking any of the cargo convoys before taking all of the outposts which also ended the convoy runs. However, you can resset the outposts to untaken which restores the cargo convoys and lets you accomplish the 3/3 hijacking competion requirement.

Regardless of my above speculation, I do need to point out that I am still missing 4 waepons (60/64) which is all that is standing in my way of 100% completion. However, I continue looking for these items because the signs to date do seem to point towards 100% competion being achievable.

It should be noted that a number of people state that they have reached 99.99% completion with all progress items shown as accomplished. I'm guessing that this is a rounding glitch so that if I ever reach 99.99%, I would consider this challenge done.

I dont remember where but in snow locations there are snowmobiles. But i would try the big boat first if you havnt been on that yet.

I found a "party bus" at X: 591 Y: 743. Maybe that is the one you are missing.

Found a bus that looked like a "party bus" but it wasnt that. Thank you anyway.

RageMojo, what "big boat" are you talking about? Tried them all I think.

Perhaps the weapons are those you must pay for using Uplay?

Patch 1.5 confirms that the weapon count was previously bugged and is now fixed. After applying the patch, a game notice came up and said that four new weapons were unlocked. i already had those weapons, with one of them being equipped at the time. Nonetheless, it resulted in my weapon count going from 60/64 to 64/64 and finalluy let me achieve 100% completion.

A friend of mine looked at the stats before and after using the snowmobile. It did count.... strange.

I don't know did you find that "big boat" yet, but there is one at X: 541 Y: 681. East and little to north from Jalendu temple near a bridge.

i had the same problem with the guns but i just fast travelled to a town and it gave them to me

I had the same problem, stuck at 17 of 18. I had finished all main missions, etc, however, I had not finished Kyrati Racing or Kyrati Survival quests, I think I was around 5 of 9 on each of them. I decided to work on finishing those quests. After I did, I noticed I had all 18 vehicles. Can't say I remember specifically what new that I drove, there are a couple of unique hover craft type things that might have been it. If you're stuck at 17 of 18 vehicles, make sure you've completed all the Kyrati Racing and Survival quests.

Maybe its the gun boat you are missing, you should have been able to access it in the lake just after getting the north section of the map unlocked.

and Yea the the same vehicle that is used during the escort missions is parked near one of the outposts on the north section of the map
