New Location Title Problem

Everytime I visit a new location the location title won't go away and sticks around unless I quit and reload the game. This happened with De Pleur's Compound and now Banapur.

I have the same thing for major locations. It happened when I went to Yuma's prison. I had a checkpoint there and then I reloaded to get rid of the name. I had to do the entire wingsuit escape again. It sucked. I actually have complete entire missions with that in the middle of the screen. Really ruined the missions for me. At least it is not an issue for Outpost Master.
