Death from Above

So, everytime I perform it from a considerable height, I die performing the animation and see myself at the loading screen. Keep in mind that I land the takedown correctly, but it doesn't seem to mitigate the fall damage. Is it just me? Is it supposed to be like that ?

I don't know, but me, I was clearly above an enemy when I fell down on him yet I got pushed abit on the side, missed the guy, and got falling damaged... >,<

Must be you. I cleaned up a guy the other day jumping from a grappling point. Thought i was gonna die for sure, but landed it and took him out.

you realize all you gotta do to do death from above is run at somebody and jump. the animation should kick in. even if both of you are on level ground. it's done this to me several times.

You're missing my point, read the post again.

Yeah this skill seems to require extremely specific height and enemy type to trigger which are so rare that you might aswell not bother trying.
