100% Completion

Did anyone already achieve 100% completion in this game?
You can see some screenshots of my progress here - http://imgur.com/a/uvCC9 but you´ll find out that I´ve completed everything to achieve this goal.
But somehow this game doesn´t count that at all and I am stuck at 99.99%. Not sure if I forgot anything...

Just a wild guess here, treasure chests maybe? That would be incredibly retarded though if you needed all of them for 100%

Look at your last screenshot. King Min entries 80/82 and locations discovered 225/240.

I'm at 99,78% and I'm missing one vehicle.

Is there a trick or something, I'm sure I have driven everything that's available on the map. Or do the huge canon boats also count, which attack you during the temple-defending mission on the island?

Alright, I found my missing vehicle (civilian row boat) and now I'm at 99,99% too. So either it's impossible to get 100% completion or there is something (weapon or vehicle or mission) hidden somewhere.

Stuck on 99.81 missing 3 weapons. Chests and letters/locations don't count.

99.9% Here too. PROGRESS looks very similar to yours.
The thing is, it says the stats below the 'Overall - % - xxH xxM' "Do not count towards 100% completion). But for such a small percentage (0.01%), is it the location in the river between nice foliage and dead foliage that I can't unlock (truck @ the bottom of the river with a guy under it).
Or a single chest behind a steel door somewhere in the middle of North country that I can't get to.
It says Arena Rank doesnt count towards 100% completion - but it really does cause you need rank 10 to get one of the signature weapons (=requirement)... blah blah blah....
Wonder if the completion % will reset if/when you reset the outposts?

I restarted the game again and now it's bugged out... Pagan's Wrath convoys not spawning and Kyrati Films Racing missions not counting on stats - so can't unlock skills like Heavy Takedown... damn

I've done everything (100%). You have to do everything in the "progrssion tab" there is no secret ending and it doesn't give you anything extra besides your own satisfaction

I have the same problem. My first game I only did 1 each of the Kyrati Films mission types. On my new game im stuck at 8/9 in both even though I've run through all of them twice now
