Camera and Rock Glitch (Resolved!)

If you played Far Cry 3, you'll remember how ♥♥♥♥ing annoying this is. Now, I've got it again in Far Cry 4 and I cannot complete the Willis mission that requires you to take a photo of the dude's body. It makes it impossible to complete and I haven't seen anyone else with the problem, so that's unfortunate for me.

Is there anyone out there with this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Will I just have to wait for a patch that may not come?

I need answers.

Side note - I restarted my game, after being 50% through with it, and it still doesn't work.

I have the same problem, mate. And i`m stuck on the same mission too :( Maybe they will make a patch for this problem.

I ended up restarting my entire save a second time. The first time it sucked, but the second time wasn't all too bad since I was only a couple mission in. After that, my camera and rocks did work. So, you can try that or you can wait for a patch that they may not put out.

So you decided to play the singleplayer from the beginning. Again? As i remember, that problem appeared when i was playing CO-OP with my friend. Then i died and there was a black screen. When i entered the game i lost all my weapons and camera and rocks...

Yea I experienced the same thing as Nickm. Glitched out after I died in my friends game, lost my weapons and throwables(which I was able to restock no problem) but cant use rocks or camera any longer.
I may try a reinstall, but I think this is more of a problem with my progress state than anything else right?

Yes, it`s not gonna work anyway. I tried to reinstall, but still, i doesnt work

I wrote a question to the Ubisoft Support. I described the problem so now we just need to wait. Maybe they will fix the bug or answer me how to fix it.

That's the exact issue I experienced. It really does suck to have so many game-breaking bugs, considering Far Cry 4 has a ton of potential.

I had it happen in a firefight a couple times, annoying as hell, couldn't switch to a weapon from holding the rock. I died and everything worked fine.

I did, and it is annoying as anything. Like I said, you can either wait for patch or you can restart you game. Either way, it does suck really bad.

Same issue. Decided to try co-op...searched for an active game to join. It started to join and then timed out. So I went back to solo play and now I can't zoom my camera. It just gets blurry when I try. This kills the game pretty much.

By the way, Ubisoft Support contacted me yeasterday and they`ve asked me to send them 2 files (info about my system, computer etc.) Now i`m waiting for response.

Well at least that's something. You may want to throw this link at them to show that you aren't the only one if you're ever able to.
