On normal setting, they only take four arrows. They aren't even aggressive even as they are being shot. So, just fill them full of arrows as fast as you can and they are no threat.

This, or get the Elephant / Nitro gun and blast their furry a$$ in one shot :)

Just a quick burst from the Shredder SMG usually puts them down fairly quickly. Just Zzzt! and they're dead little bastards. :-D

The sound they make reminds me of the noise my ferrets make when I pass their cage. Now, I'm starting to cringe a little when I go by their cage. Thanks, honey badgers! Thanks.

Yup, double-damage and shoot-from-the-hip upgrades makes the Shredder deadly as the plague. :-)
