Imaging buying a car that didn't work, oh we know it doesn't work but we chose to sell it anyways and we'll be releasing a fix that might help some time next week.. jeez!
Hurryuphurryuphurryuphurryuphurryuphurryup.
Why is it so hard these days, I remember the days when games would be released and they would work from day one. And there wouldnt be any need for patches, ever. You just install the game and then play it.
I feel like a f****ng idiot... I pre-ordered the game. I bought the gold edition. And I haven't received my season pass yet due to some murky circumstances. And besides all of this the pirates are playing the game right now, and I have to wait for another couple of days (weeks???) that very patch, which does exist now and fix at least one of the issues (I'm not sure about the black screen issue, 'cause I was lucky not to face it since the 1.1.0 version). But if you look through the Internet, you will find another fixes for some yet officially unfixed issues as well.
And now I want to ask Ubisoft: what is going on? Where is the promised patch? Two games launched almost simultaneously and two failures seem to be quite enough to review your policy. Isn't it your case, Ubisoft?
