When does coop unlock?

title, how many cmapaign missions do i gotta do to unlock coop? dont wanna do this game alone, thats why i bought it

After the first outpost. just go up the road to the heli, and it will pop.

just keep doing main missions. it unlocks i think at 8 missions in (you can check how many campaign missions you have done so far). it takes about 2 hours of solid playing i'd say. you have to take an outpost before you can co-op.

Do the host and the clients all have to be that far, or just the host?

@NorthStar I havn't checked, but I do KNOW that both of our clients said "you can't access co-op until you do more campaign missions." This implies that you both have to get that far. It's just a long tutorial.

I answered you in the other post, it should be when you finish the prologue, if not keep going until you get the Hurk mission.
