Can't get through first scene
Cutscenes play fine, get to the point where you can explore the house/mansion place. From here its a 50/50 chance on if I can enter the door on the bottom floor. Sometimes I can't even get the popup to hold X to enter and the guy never starts screaming. Other times when I get in, everyone inside just stands. No diologue, just standing. When I try to enter the door in this room, the hold X button will fill up the meter but not open. I have to try like 7 or 8 times. When I do get through, everyone is standing there with guns just laying on the ground. I can get outside into the actual world but it just seems dead. No cars, no people, nothing. I feel like some event isn't triggering but IDEK

You go down two sets of stairs I think and then thru the room above the torture chamber. You go thru the door to the right and a rebel is waiting to greet you. I seem to have issues with the "Talk" prompt after helping the rebels with the random soldier battles in the wilds. I just keep scrolling the mouse around till it finally shows.

Try alt+tab, it seems only solution to activate triggers, same problem... Ubisoft messed up again.

I have this problem too. Unplugging my controller strangely helped. Possibly with my USB hub too. Trying to figure out what exactly is causing this issue. When you walk up to the door, press the hold X and then it does nothing. When you pause it for about 3-5 seconds, the cutscene resumes. Same thing with every other type of trigger like when you walk out the room, your guys are shooting basically at nothing and the car is nowhere to be seen. Pause the game for 3-5 seconds and all the guards are shooting at you and the car is there for you to hop in... only for it not to move (while you eat more bullets) so you have to press pause again, wait 3-5 seconds and the second you unpause the game, an elephant comes crashing through the door. This is annoying. I think it may have to be the 360 controller specifically because I was able to play fine on my friends rig with an Xbox One controller. I'm gonna make a separate thread about this. Hopefully this info helps some people out.

I'm had the exact same problem as the original poster and the further scripts keep being delayed or missed, like enimies not showing up and not being able to continue a mission without killing them but they don't show up untill I reset back to a checkpoint (sometimes). I've have'nt tried alt+tab yet but my fingers are crossed. Note that I have/use a Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710 Controller and a microsoft bluetooth mouse.

SOLVED?: I solved this frustrating and crazy Scripting issues (at least) on my rig by simply moving the input switch on my Logitech Game Controller from Xinput to Direct Input (X to D slider Switch on the controller). The game now works well and is fun to play. I hope this simple fix helps others.
