I a not a fan of Uplay but this has nothing to do with Uplay itself. False positives are ridiculously common.
Again, this isn't Uplay. Your AV most likely quarantined or possibly entirely removed the Uplay.exe and some other files associated with it. You either need to properly release them or you might need to reinstall Uplay because of what your AV did. You might even need to reinstall the whole game. Ubisoft had nothing to do with your AV creating a false positive. That is entirely at the feet of the company who makes your AV software.
Your AV is the cause of this. You might want to consider switching since a lot of the time, especially unknown names like the one you're using, cause more issues than they are worth. Microsoft Security Essentials (Win7) or Windows Defender (Win8) is all most people need assuming you aren't clicking on everything under the sun without thinking and keep your machine up to date.
Deleting random files to satisfy user, that's what they do all time.
The black screen still exists tho.
BullGuard is among the very best antivirus software products. It's a little overprotective.
You have to know about how AV programs work to know why those weren't affected and this was. What happened is Uplay most likely recently updated their .exe for Uplay which has somehow been assigned a false positive but your Bullguard AV solution. It then most likely nuked all files it thought was a virus leaving you with only a partial non-working install.
Install Uplay again without Bullguard turned on. You might need to do the same with the game. Most likely you and others all have the same/similar issues where the AV has screwed up the game and is causing the black screen. Which, if true, has nothing to do with Ubisoft or Uplay and everything to do with your AV company screwing up.
The black screen got something to do with USB devices and i can go past it but i need to alb + tab everytime the game is switching to another menu and thats kind of frustrating because i prefer playing with a controller on the couch. And the reason why i couldn't connect to uPlay some minutes ago is because the servers were down. This is the fault of Ubisoft.
