It is not too bad this time, just get to the tower. In FC Blood Dragon you had to play through the whole first chapter iirc.
again far cry 3 worked the same way ..check point saves are just so ya can continue if ya get killed during a mission
do not exit your game
press escape ..and select ABANDON mission if its too hard for you ..then look it up on you tube
yes some missions in this game are hard ..till ya see how they are done
Difficulty is never the problem I have with it, it's real life stuff happening that I need to drop the game for a bit, so being asked to spend a solid 30-40 minutes on a mission is not an option many times just because a developer doesn't want to spend the time to properly make the game (and leaving a computer running full blast on a game just because a developer didn't plan correctly is unreasonable).
It also helps mitigate game bugs, hitches, save corruption, and a slew of other issues (like trying out a ability you spend points on only to discover that the description they wrote for the ability is woefully inadequate) I have run into in many games (this one included). It's rudimentary to implement a proper manual save system when planned for properly during development, hence a reminder will hopefully help to motivate developers to plan for it.
Some of us work for a living. This isn't 1992.
