Ubisoft support is F'n crappiest thing I've ever seen!
Just to clear things up: I'm not a pirate. I got a legit retail copy of the game, therefore I only have it on uPlay.

10 days ago I submitted a support ticket because all of a sudden the game stopped turning on for me. I haven't received a SINGLE response. I called the support multiple times after 4 days have passed. Every single time they were asking me if I already made a ticket on their website, I was giving them its number and they were telling me that they're going to get back to me very soon.

I tried hitting up Ubisoft Support on twitter stating that I haven't received any response even though they are keep on lying that all tickets are getting a response to up to 48hrs after you've submitted it. All I got in response was the same BS about responding to it very soon.
That's just an utter BS! I'm waiting 10 days and got no response at all.

10 days ago I also made a ticket concerning Splinter Cell Blacklist as it stopped turning on for no reason as well and no re-installing the game nor uPlay helped. I still haven't received a reply.

Can anyone explain to me how is it possible to not only be a terrible, horrible company but to also have such ridiculously bad customer support?

EDIT: Far Cry 4 started working for me again but only in offline mode. I don't really care about any MP features so that's alright. Splinter Cell on the other hand still isn't working at all :x.

If you want to send me your ticket #, I'll see what I can do.
They'll just give you a run around. Then ask you to do some scans of your system and send them the files. Then some time will pass and then you will get asked for the same files again. As for your problem. Try putting Uplay in offline mode. My game also stopped working, but it works if I put the uTurd in offline mode.

ive also put a ticket in, but just done it tonight, as after this 1.6 patch my game has packed in, it worked absolutly sweet before the stupid patch, id like to know if there is anyway possible to roll back the patch, my game worked great just before christmas, tried to play it lastnight and its clapped out on me, not impressed to say the least, and if this is not sorted i shall be seeking a refund, as i have also stated in my ticket to ubisoft

That's EXACTLY what they did with my Splinter Cell Blacklist not working ticket. I've send them DxDiag and MSINFO when asked for it, waited 4 days just to get a reply from a different guy who was asking for the same files again :x. They can't even be bothered to read all of your entries before replying.
Why the heck do they need the duplicates of the same files?
I remember back when Watch_CrapDogs came out I made a ticket, waited for over a month just to get a reply which simply read: "Are you still having this issue?"
They're a complete joke.

If only all companies customer support could be as good as Amazon's one when they're resolving your problem right away 95% of the time...

Only 10 days ago? I have a ticket still open from the 30th Nov 2014. No response since the last communication on 14 Jan.

Far Cry 4 started working again, but it does so only in offline mode. That's not a big deal then anymore as I don't really care about any multiplayer features.

Splinter Cell Blacklist on the other hand is still not working at all.

I made the ticket on Blacklist 10 days ago, received one reply after 6 days, I've send my DxDiag and MSINFO as asked by a guy, then it was silent for additional 4 days, then another guy replied while completely ignoring my previous posts in this ticket, thus again asking me for DxDiag and MSINFO which in my opinion is a complete joke of a support since the guy wasn't even bothered to read my previous entries on the issues :x.

Here's my ticket number for Splinter Cell Blacklist: 01962495. Please Miisty, try to do something so that I'll finally get help without having to wait 10 days for a single reply asking me for what I've already provided.

I'm seriously disappointed by your customer support as it's simply bad and not caring.

A word of advice for you Ubisoft: live support.

EA has been pumping out crappy and bug infested games for the last few years too. But that company has insisted on maintaining one service, live support, let it be text chats or phone calls. The case can't be closed until it reaches a more satisfactory state for the customer. It is the saving grace of EA, watch and learn.

Hello.
I have submitted my ticket in December. I received some response, but to be honest, nothing I could think of myself or I tried already. Ok, they said something new, but again, very simple and did not change a thing.
After reinstalling the system I cannot play AC4. I submitted all the documents and was replying to their emails straight away.
Last time they contacted me was over 5 weeks ago!!!! It always takes them like 2-3 weeks to reply, each time someone else, who doesn't have a clue what the hell is going on.

Like 2 months ago I was informed they escalated my case (although they actualy did not try to trully fix it). So their "experts" must be very poor of working on it for so long without any update!

The worst of it is, they totally don't care and from what I read on the phone is even worse! Funny thing is you can't find any support number on their website. You have to dig for it on some forums.
I'm still considering to make a call, but I wonder if the game bought from Steam would work. What do you reckon?

maan i just had problem with my r6. i get disconnected after every match. so i openned ticket where i wrote i even tried everything in their FAQ about conectivity issues here :

they replied me after 4 days with replay i didnt expect and that reply just showed the whole community how careless they are

so they replied to me :

same fking website i put into my ticket. they are just copying and pasting automaticly replies without even thinking about it. never again. its like they didnt even care.

I submited ticket and got case number and after that i checked my case section and its empty really the f approach.

And its regarding Account recovery which had 2FA and still got hacked.
