No map/Black map

Hi,

My map is alll black, only see the icons from stuff. the rest is black.
Dont tell me to delete or rename the patch.fat and dat because if i do that the game wont run and appears a map error at start and the game closes

Well don't take this the wrong way, but this bug is usually only associated with a "pirated" copy of the game....along with the missing FOV slider. If you did indeed purchase it, other than trying that fix, I would post on the official Ubisoft forums or submit a ticket to Ubisoft and see if they have any answers.
