HE UNLOCKED IT !!!!!!! NO cheats, No mods!!! See the video!!!

You remember the sunken truck location , that no one could unlock?
I always wondered how can I reach this location marker from the underworld, since I knew that there are some places on the map you can "go under"...

This dude finally FOUND THE WAY!!! See for yourself:

I was trying to get into Royal Vault III and I glitched under the map. Going off of what I read on other forums regarding this location, the waypoint marker indicated that it was under the map as well, so long story short, I jumped off the building and pulled off a lucky maneuver.

just tried it got the tuk tuk stuck too low on the stairs .. second try i got it to work but i hit the c key too late and went squish ..def gotta try again ..wonder if i fly to it from the hole stabby found in the other part of the map where you can just jump thru the under map gonna try that as well

dammit i keep going squish !.. on the brite side i finally found the one vehicle i was missing ! as i just shot a Kyrati driving in a van and took it from him ..to drive to the tuk tuk location ..now it shows i have all vehichles

didnt know i had to steal a civlians van to unlock that last one ...

You have to see where exactly he stopped the tuk-tuk before coming out. You have to bump it to the small corner here:

And the timing of opening the parachute is also important:

I actually jumped from a higher position than he did. Works like a charm... :) You open the parachute, then fall into the water and swim. You could also use a focus syringe before you jump, but I managed without it. :)

yea i think i was jumping off from too low of a ledge as there are several to jump from

skill cracks me up i had to Car Jack some one to get that last vehichle :lol i never thought to try ...

gonna try it next thru the hole stabby found and see if i can stay airborne long enough to reach that point ..its gonna be a longer flight ..

You dont have to kill anyone to get the tuk-tuk! Look at his video for the location he picked it up - it's always parked there!
And don't go anywhere else to get under the map - just do it from the vault - it's pretty easy if you follow the instructions - look at my screenshots again! :)

CONFIRMED YOU MUST JUMP FROM THE HIGHER LEDGE :) .. ITS NOW UNLOCKED !
and jumping from the hole stabby found is not possible .. its too long of a flight ..and i know i dont have to kill to get the tuk tuk .. i killed that guy to take his van to drive there as near the tuk tuk are a few animals i wanted to avoid ...glad i did tho as i never thought to car jack some one in a VAN before ..and that filled up my final vehichle that i needed towards 100 %

Ah, you were talking about a VAN... :)
I see, in my case I was lucky to pick one up after an army truck bumped into it and the civilian driver with his passenger fled in fear... )))

thats the real funny part .. that he tried to drive a tuk tuk down to ram the door and found this by accident ..i mean who would think to drive the tuk tuk down the stairs to use as a battering ram ......what was he looking for in the vault ?

maybe thats why the devs never fixed it ? .. its supposed to work like that as an easter egg ?

That thought crossed my mind too... :) In a way it resembles that intentional bug when you're not allowed to use any syringes to finish that Yogi&Reggy quest. :)
