Far Cry Hawaii?

I’ve been a longtime fan of the far cry franchise, and I must say far cry 4 is no exception. Earlier today I heard a story saying that one of the possible sequels was far cry in space. While I’m not a huge fan of this idea, I believe that we, as the community, should feel free to add our own ideas to the pool. So feel free to add your ideas to the comment section, and let me know if you have an idea to extend on mine.
So! On to my own idea. I felt one of the best things about far cry 3 was the setting, the island allowing a lot of freedom we couldn’t find elsewhere and the isolated island bases being a lot of fun too. So I was thinking.... how about a string of islands? I know this sounds basic and altogether undeveloped, but hear me out. Not only would this allow the same freedom and more diverse environments, it would also add a whole new dimension to the game. Imagine climbing up the side of a militarized freight boat, liberating it, and then having the freedom to use it as a mobile base? Imagine assaulting an offshore oil platform, or building up a barge of your own as a mobile armory, gun range, or simple bed on a boat.
You may notice a focus on the vehicles here. This is deliberate. Anyone seen "water world"? I know it’s not the best movie, but think about having that kind of freedom? You could buy different boats on the friendly faction’s base island, upgrading it or getting a new one on occasion. Think of that barge from far cry 2. Death on the open water, but nothing against some challenges. A smaller boat could get places no other could, but you couldn’t really use it in a big fight. maybe you could even name your boat! fuel meter could be the invisible wall, btw.
