Uplay is it on consoles to or just PC ?

Hi I want to get Farcry 4 but I I dont know should I get it on PC or PS4 ? The major factor for me is Uplay I want to know is it just on PC or will I need Uplay on PS4 too ?

Yes UPlay is on concoles... sort of. Unlike the PC verson you can't buy or download games. However it comes with access for UPlay through the game where there you can login and collect rewards for achievements or see your UPlay stats.

I think the first to do this was SC: Conviction

So on the PS4 you will need to make a Uplay account to play the game ? Or is it all optional stuff that you can just skip without making an account ?

Only Ubi game I have on consoles is AC Black Flag but you could play it totally offline. Ubisoft stuff is pretty much useless. some small rewards and leaderboards etc.

Ok I just dont want to be forced into making a Uplay account to play FarCry 4. If I have to make one I would get it on PC if you can just play the game on PS4 and you wont need to make an account then I will get it on PS4.

You don't have to make a uplay account to play on consoles, I played AC4 on PS4 without making one, you only make a uplay account if u want uplay rewards i think.
