Vehicles Takedown don't work.

I am on a Hurk mission which can't be completed without a takedown with Buzzer.
Takedown never worked on the road either.

I found videoes showoing how its done on YT, but i don't get a R3 prompt ever. I can click R3 as much as i want, but nothing happens on any side of vehicle.

Is there any solution for this?

Make sure you have the skill unlocked in the skill tree... If I remember correctly you have to destroy like 3 Pagan's wrath convoys before it will unlock and allow you to spend a skill point on the ability.

Once you buy it you will get the prompt.

Thank you both for the help. You are right. I have only 1-2 skills there which isnt unlocked yet, and Takedown was one of them. ;)

I have had it unlocked but never had it work either

It actually works now, so you should try again. Maybe it was fixed in a patch.
