When does the Bhadra Mission unlock?

I am now on the Amita path and played a Hurk Mission and have 2 done on the Longinus missions.
On a YT walkthrough her mission had a "B" by the lake. At what point does that campaign mission unlock?

I do not see any crossed swords either.

It seems you have to go Morgan Gales hometown in the same area Yogi is.
I will check that out and report back.

you will only see the blue B pop up twice i belive

the first time by the lake she tells you to find your Dads home

that mission will be your first encounter with Reggie and yogi

shows up as a green Y

the next time later in the game .......... she will ask you to make a choice

and you must choose to follow either Sabal or Amita's Plan for the future of Kyrat
