The end of Valley of the Yetis *SPOILERS*

Has anyone figured out if you can play as a yeti, the ending makes it seem like that could be possible since Ajay wakes up as a Yeti before the credits, then its back to regular human form after.

Anyone find this or anything else cool post game valley?

I KNOW RIGHT???????? You can't just turn the main character into a yeti and role credits! They didn't even explain the whole relic/disease thing that made the disciple's faces and parts of the yetis all messed up. I was really looking forward to the conclusion and explanation. Really hope they are planning on a valley of the yetis 2 cause it was an awesome story so far

no idea
but as you didn't get rescue at the end, I guess the "turn back to human" is just letting you to free roam in the Valley, so if it is like that:
1) Everyone tried to retrieve/destroy the relic will turned into Yeti
2) Those who turned into Yetis either gone mad so they kill everyone or they are warning us dont step ahead the relic

Or the "Turn back to human" is what the writer means to:
1) the Relic is a msyterious freak stuffs that dont want any humans touch it, if the humans do, it wil turn them into Yeti
2) Those who become Yeti lost their mind, they will just kill everyone they see
3) If a Yeti is dead, his corpse will turned into ashes and vanish, and become human once again

just a little stupid thought which suddenly poped up in my mind, the process of deduction is not even rigid or under serious cause and effect's inference

As for the disease it is referenced very briefly in the main game in a note inside Yuma's lair. It's cordyceps, the same stuff as in The Last of Us, only now turning people into yetis for whatever reason. By breaking the spores Ajay must have inhaled enough to become a yeti.

Is it me or is this story supposed to be during the main campaign? Like a side quest or something, in terms of chronology...
It seems that they consider Yuma to be still alive...
So if it ends with Ajay turning into a yeti, it doesn't make sense (although I woouldn't be against the ability to eat Pagan's head as a yeti XD).

Or have I missed something?

Does anyone else remember seeing a yeti before this expansion when you are rescued from freezing to death. Then you wake up and ask sabal how he found you and he tries to tell you it was through prayer. I enjoyed this game but the plot was very disjointed either there were two people responsible for the plot who wouldn't talk to each other or a very good plot was smashed up to make the DLC's.

Its intentionally muddled I think. There is info saying the road from the valley back to Kyrat was destoryed, so these guys are basically cut off from information... Other than the relay radio station they're trying to destory. Those crazy guys!
