Weird Bow and Arrow Glitch HELP!

I get this very weird glitch only with a bow and arrow. Whenever you equip a bow there is a quick animation of him setting the arrow in place. Sometimes when I equip a bow that animation continues indefinitely in a never ending loop and I'm unable to use the bow. I can fix this usually by cycling through a different weapon and back to the bow....

Well now I'm in Shangri-La and I just received the shangri-la bow and of course it's doing that never ending animation loop of setting the arrow again...except this time I have no other weapons to cycle to and back. So I'm unable to use the bow! I've exited out of the game and gone back a few times and it's always the same.

Anyone experience this or have any idea why it's happening? Thanks.

just hit "F" and melee once.

shangri la is the only place I have seen this bug.

just came across this bug today in shangri la (in the uplay version) glad i found this thread and ill try it when i next play.
