I run no end of games on my system, and they all work just fine under Windows 10.
the reason i ask is i have an AMD based laptop (A10 with amd 8650 g graphics)
i upgraded to win 10 last week on .. installed the new drivers from AMD for win 10 after the upgrade was done ..and the game launches fine .. so i dont think its a game issiue that they can fix with a patch
more lilkely a driver issiue
contact ubisoft support by phone if you need assistence with windows 10

all i am saying is that with the win 10 upgrade installed it seems fine on my laptop ?
i did not put the upgrade on my desktop or plan to use win 10 on that machine
for this machine i'm sticking with win 7 64 bit untill there is a game i must have that needs direct X 12 ..right now none exist
it comes down to your configuration i'd expect ..and with any new operating system its gonna have bugs that microsoft may need to patch out
game controllers plugged in
incorrect versions of Direct x , Microsoft . net framework , Microsoft C++ or even incomplete downloads of the game files it is after all a 26 gig download and the full game will expand to over 37 gig on your hard drive (least thats what it is on my disk)
so its a good idea to run steam as an adminstrator as well as verify your games files why running as an Adminstrator to be sure
also many common backround applications can be at fault .. known ones include
MSI Afterburner
Riva Tuner Statistics server
DXTory
EVGA Precision
MSI true color App ( new version )
assorted antivirus / firewall programs if the security settings are set too high
bottom line run your system as lean as you can ..without alot of applications Auto loading / running in the backround when windows starts
