i still do not know why it installed Optimus software on my Desktop , as i do not have any other GPU in my system other then my Asus Srtix GTX 960
(my old core 2 quad CPU does not have any Intel HD video chip on it )
i guess to support that new thunderbolt 3 beta option ? ... but my motherboard does not have a thunderbolt 3 port ..so thats another bug in the driver
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4026/kw/hotfix%2036*.*
I have geforce experience installed and running.
i put a link in my post above for if people need to get the older drivers like the 361.43 ones . ya gotta wonder how bugs like that get thru WHQL testing tho ?
then when i installed the 361.75 driver i selected custom install , i only installed
1. the video Driver
2. HDMI audio
3.PhysX
i did not install Geforce experience , or any of the 3d Vision software and chose perform a clean install
so i do not Know i never install that bloat ware on my system , i guess exit out of geforce experience ?
