Remaining a Golden Path neutral until the next Balance of Power

Playing on PS4, and right now, I'm at the second Balance of Power mission (the one where you have to choose between securing the tea factory for Amita, or destroying it for Sabal). I've played on the XBox 360, but that was a while ago, so I can't rely on memory here. I would PREFER to do the City of Pain variant where you have to free Paul's prisoners, and I know I have to side with Sabal for that one to be available. However, I also know that for the NEXT Balance of Power mission, Amita's version is the one where you secure the Brick Factory; I would prefer to do that mission. Can I do Sabal's version of the second Balance of Power mission, and then do Amita's third Balance of Power mission when it rolls around?
