uplay-r1-loader64.dll is missing PLEASE HELP

I fixed the file thing but there is still a problem because when I go to launch the torrent it says put in a key gen
this is a torrent why do I need to have a keycode

it says it says the procedure entry point uplay release could not be located in the dynamic link library uplay r1 loader 6 4 dll

the game requires UBI connect .. you need to install it an make a UBI connect account ..you can get the updated version of UBI connect here
