FarCry 4 needs a decent GPU to run properly and it'll even Tax a GTX 750ti card
see :http://www.hardocp.com/article/2015/01/07/far_cry_4_video_card_performance_review/8#.V5n6Q7grIdU
it says :
Now we come to the cheapest cards in this evaluation, the GTX 750 Ti and Radeon R7 260X. The GTX 750 Ti is based on first generation Maxwell, and 260X is based on newer GCN than 290X or 290. However, even those architecture changes can't save these for performance. Neither one was able to play well at 1080p with any decent quality settings. To make either one playable at 1080p you'd have to play at "Low" settings, and turn off AO. Basically, it makes the game look like crap.
Our only option was to drop the resolution to 720p, 1280x720. At this resolution we could raise the settings quite a bit, providing a better image quality in the game. We were able to set both to "Very High" settings, which is just one step down from "Ultra" quality. So even at 720p, these still cannot maximize image quality in the game, we still have to sacrifice some level of image quality. Also, no Godrays. So these video cards are very slow for this game despite these having newer architectures. These cards just can't cut it.
lower your resolution and settings or buy and install a better GPU , you can also try installing Razer cortex
http://www.razerzone.com/cortex , it may help a little bit
also if you trying to game on a laptop , keep in mind laptop chipsets are not equal to their desktop counterparts , laptop vid chips are clocked much lower to conserve on Power and heat . since they can not dissapate heat as well as a desktop video card can , and many will use shared system ram to create video ram ..this = much slower then a desktop vid card with faster GDDR5 dedicated video ram , plus many laptop GPU's use 64 bit memory interface and lack the memory bandwidth to get good FPS with triple A games
bottom line if you have a laptop you will need a good one ...and i mean one made and desighned for games .. they are not cheap , expect to pay at least $1500 to $2000 for a good one ..this game is not gonna run good on a budget laptop
the game runs fine on my desktop with Ultra settings on my GTX 960 in 1080 P and i have an OLD Intel core 2 quad from 2008 ..but i DO have a decent video card ..if you dont your gonna want to buy and install one if you want decent performance with FarCry 4
look up top in steam look for where it says Help (right above the word LIBRARY)
(you will need to exit big picture mode if you have it active in Steam)
clik on that (it will open a drop down menu)
then clik system information
let that load , only takes a few seconds
once that loads with your system information
right clik on that window
then select all
then right clik again select copy
then when you post back
right clik and select paste on your reply
it'll look like this , here is mine

they are too SLOW to run this game
also your AMD chip must not be working ..properly and even if it did its a laptop
AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
it uses shared system DDR 3 memory
http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-7670M.69483.0.html
you need a better PC to play FarCry 4 man .. sorry
and as far as your AMD card not kickin in thats a prroblem you'll have to ask AMD about
and thats another reason it sys on the store page
Additional Notes: Supported video cards at the time of release: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or better, GeForce GTX 700 series; AMD Radeon HD5850 or better, Radeon R9 series.

my cheapo Lenovo G505S laptop has an amd HD 8650 G graphics chip and it'll only run the game on LOW @ 1024 X 768 and never hits over 23 fps and i have a faster cpu then yours AMD A 10 5750 @ 2.5 Ghz and 16 gig of ram in it .. it is what it is man
you'll need a better PC for FarCry 4 to run well
try installing Razer cortex is all you can do ... other then get a better PC

Well maybe next time you should read the system requirements?
and sorry yes even a gtx 750 ti can struggle with the game
go look on Tech Spot for gods sake even an Desk top HD 7750 cant run the game that good
and thats a better GPU then your weak mobile chip
http://www.techspot.com/review/917-far-cry-4-benchmarks/page3.html
you need a better GPU if you want decent performance
