downgrades to make pc versions look like with console... I know this seems a little "paranoic" but after WD.... Just look how beautiful FarCry3 could be.

no, a modder found all this effects of E3 inside the game, but they are all locked. That's why people are so pissed with ubisoft right now because finally it's could be proved that they are doing downgrades.
