DUDE, WTF, same here, i think it was my problem, but actually looks its not, you guys find a solution? i need to shift+tab to close the little window who say "here is the special activate key"

It's an Nvidia driver issue. Rollback your drivers or disable the steam overlay and the problem is solved.

THERE IS NO KEY USED OR NEEDED

steam got rid of cd keys YEARS AGO

restart steam and the ubi app after installing the game

and MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE UPDATED VERSION OF UBI CONNECT

STEAM WILL ALWAYS INSTALL AN OUT DATED VERSION WITH A GAME THAT SHIPPED 6 YEARS AGO

i have 2 question, 1: what do you mean with rollback the drivers? literally go to some old version? 2: you mean the opcion "desactivate the steam interface"?

steam interface i think he means the STEAM in game overlay that can be disabled in > steam > settings

also you can open ubi connect and disable that in game overlay

this game hates too many in game overlay .. always has

personally i never had a problem with both enabled ..but i never had a single problem with far cry 4 as i do NOT run any back round applications that many might use and not even know it , if they bought a ship PC off the shelf and did not do a clean windows install on

also never use a driver roll back in windows back always do a clean install of your video driver and yes GET AND USE DDU and perform a clean l install ...in safe mode for best results and YES disconnect from the internet and get a standard driver rather then a DCH driver if you use an Nvidia GPU

All you have to do is disable the ubisoft connect in game overlay. Problem solved. Has nothing to do with anything else.

its not any driver issues or anything, its a uplay problem. Open up Uplay then go to setting and disable the in game overlay.
